W/D, gas grill, gas fireplace, single car garage, one on street + one off street parking place.
Note: There is a 3rd bedroom and 3rd full bath that can be included in the rental for an additional fee (850 sq ft)

14 days prior to the reservation guests will be emailed electronic codes for entry into the property. Everything is electronic so guest can check in anytime after 3pm. If the house is ready or if there is no new guest arriving on a check out there is some flexibility on checkin/checkout times.

One of the best locations in Boulder. One house over from Mork and Mindy's house. Home is two blks from the Pedestrian Mall that offers a variety of entertainment, shopping, street performers and coffee shops.
